Shane R. Stewart

Shane concentrates his civil practice on personal injury law, probate law, estate planning, and real estate transactions. His probate practice includes work as a guardian ad litem, guardianships, termination of rights and estate administration. Shane's personal injury practice includes complex toxic waste litigation.
In addition to his practice at Tarbell & Brodich Professional Association, Shane is a military lawyer in the JAG Corps.
Shane received a B.S. from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Shane also attended the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France. Shane has been a member of the New Hampshire bar since 1994.
In 2005, Shane joined the faculty of Franklin Pierce Law Center as an adjunct professor.
In his spare time Shane enjoys mountain and rock climbing.
